Sawmill Lumber Handling
Unscrambler
Our Unscramblers deliver a straightened, single layer of lumber to the outfeed chains. They are built to handle the most demanding production lines, featuring UHMW chainways, a hinged, jam free "V" notch pocket and full sheeting between chain runs.
- Hydraulic or electric drives available
- Straight and Radius back designs available, with or without speed-up chains at the top
- PLC monitoring of pocket fill and auto advance
- Photo-eye at top to detect double ups and momentarily hesitate the chains to singulate
- Optional lift skids to accommodate varying thickness
- Can be installed into any existing product line
Revolver Lug Loader
The Revolver Lug Loader is the simplest machine in its class and the fastest board dealer ever built. Revolver uses a unique disc style design. Each revolution of the disc allows six boards to be dealt. At 180 LPM the turning shaft is only operating at 30 RPM, thus wear is kept to a minimum. Revolver is capable of speeds over 200 LPM in Studmill applications.
Revolver uses very few electronic devices and no hydraulics. A quick change belt ensures the boards are fed without skews, misdeals or tumbling. The entire transfer process is very smooth and lumber is handled very gently. Revolver's simplicity ensures low impact installation and start-up, and minimum maintenance.
Revolver is engineered to accommodate a wide range of products for sawmill
applications.

Smart Dropout Gate
The Smart Dropout Gate has individually actuated gates to allow any portion of a board to drop out for remanufacture. The gate is termed "smart" because the PLC only opens the part of the gate required for the length of board being dropped out and allows the balance to continue through to the sorter.
