Features
- Short Tipple Type for Use with Roller Veneer Dryer
- Utilize Individually Mounted and Spring-loaded Feed Wheels
- Tipple Hoist Movement is Accomplished by Twin Hydraulic Cylinders Located One on Each Side of the Tipple
- Controls are Arranged to Properly Synchronize the Feeding Operation with that of the Dryer Speed with the Capability to Handle Varying Lengths of Veneer
- A Hydraulically Operated Veneer Stack Lift is provided to Maintain a Constant Top Sheet Height
- The Stack Lift is Designed to Handle Varying Nominal Lengths of Veneer
- The Top of the Lift is Fitted with Reversing Carrier Chains Mounted in Races Positioned Along the Face of the Feeder for Moving the Veneer Stacks and Accepting Them From the Preload Conveyor
- The Stack Lift Carrier Chains are Provided with a High Powered Drive Unit to Allow Rapid Positioning and Stack Crowding
- A Fixed Pre-loading Section is Provided for Moving Loads onto the Lift Carrier Chains
