• Automatically sequencing dryer discharge conveyors that even-end the veneer sheets on each deck and then sequentially releases the deck charges allowing for uniform delivery to a single dry end grading conveyor. This short coupled approach is used with a cross transfer moisture detector
• Alternately the unloader can discharge to a sloping belted discharge "apron" conveyor which delivers the sheets through a Cross Tipple Moisture Detector to a Cross Transfer and Grading Table
• Structural Frame Assembly includes a drive section at the dryer end with pinch rolls and hydraulic motors
• Proximity switches indicate the veneers arrival on each deck and the PLC control establishes the sequencing for proper unloading
